"The fees felt way too high for what..."
The fees felt way too high for what I got out of it. I kept hoping I’d see better results, but it just didn’t feel worth the money in the end. The whole thing left me feeling mentally drained, especially after spending that much and not seeing enough value. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Glad I Trusted My Gut"
I had a really good experience with them. The team was professional, got back to me quickly, and made everything easy. I kind of had a good feeling from the start, and I’m glad I trusted my gut because they really helped me out with no hassle.

"Move-in was smooth, but move-out was frustrating"
Moving in was easy and I didn’t have any major issues at first. The problem came when I moved out. The fees felt unfair, and trying to get clear answers was really frustrating. I kept feeling like I was being left in the dark and had to wait way too long just to understand what was going on...

"Rent does come in like it should, so..."
Rent does come in like it should, so that part is fine. The only thing is the owner payments just feel a little slow sometimes.

"Easy process when I really needed it"
I applied for a rental through Leaders, i was feeling mentally drained at the time, so I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. The online application was clear and didn’t take much effort to get through. They also got back to me quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The leasing paperwork was simple too, and overall there weren’t any major issues

"Repairs were handled well"
The maintenance took maybe a bit longer than I was hoping, but they did get the problem fixed and kept me in the loop along the way. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"They got back to me really quickly"
They replied fast and were super easy to deal with (which I really appreciated). Everything felt simple and hassle-free.

"Screening felt a bit rushed"
They did find a tenant quickly, which I appreciated at the time. But the screening process felt a little too light, like it was more about filling the place fast than really checking everything. I ended up having some issues later, and when I reached out with questions, the communication wasn’t great either. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not as smooth as I was hoping for
